Staff
Courtney Acitelli, ’08, Program Director
Courtney leads the management of operations and strategic direction of UW Impact programs. Courtney spent a decade working in alumni relations and earned her master’s degree from the UW’s Evans School of Public Affairs before taking the helm of UW Impact in late 2010. Her favorite part of working for UW Impact is the rare opportunity to work with both sides of the aisle toward a common good – public higher education. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys nonfiction, hiking, word games, live music, travel, watching college football, and sailing in the San Juan Islands with her family.
Chris Olsen-Phillips, ’17, Associate Director
Chris supports UW Impact through communications and partnerships within the UW and greater alumni communities across the state. Chris graduated with his Master’s in Education Policy from the UW College of Education in 2017. He has a passion for higher education and educational reform, and brings those passions to his work. Chris enjoys playing basketball, traveling, woodworking, reading science fiction, and spending time with his family.
