Your 2020 Town Hall Meetings
During the next couple of weeks, Washington state legislators will be returning to their respective districts or arranging telephone town halls to hear more about issues that matter to their constituents. This is an important opportunity to make sure your voice is heard! If you are able to attend a meeting, be sure to wear your Husky purple (UW apparel a plus!) and discuss issues that are important to UW and public higher education.
For more information on when your Town Hall meetings are, check out our interactive map below! If you are on a mobile device or don’t have a Google account, click here for the full list of meetings.
Click on your legislators name from the list or find your location on the map to see the date and address or call-in information of upcoming meetings. Note: Many legislators are holding multiple meetings!

Not sure what to tell your legislators about supporting UW and higher ed? Here are some suggestions:
- Thank them for their support for the Workforce Education Investment Act, and the revenue fix needed to fully fund the Washington College Grant
- Remind them that their support for this act keeps tuition affordable and higher education more accessible.
- Ask your legislators how you can help with their goals now that they’ve helped with higher education.
